We are looking for energetic hard workers to join our team. We are confident we have the the best pay package in the industry for all of Anchorage and Eagle River.  We pay up to 50% of gross per truck. Yes, 50%! This far exceeds our competitors pay.  You can make $25 to $40 per hour depending on how hard you are willing to work.
We pay each helper 25% of what you gross for the company when working with a partner. (Paid at 22% on the paycheck then 3% for season-end bonus) That’s 50% of the total, for what we charge our customers when on a two person crew! The other guys pay 30% total for a two man crew….

You would use top notch equipment and drive our company vehicles. Work begins early May. We work M-F, but will work the first three Saturdays in May as well.

We are looking for individuals who work hard and are dedicated to tasks assigned them.  This position involves maintaining lawns with neatness and precision. Must be detailed oriented.
